About Cavier Therapy

Cavier Therapy is a virtual therapy practice serving clients across New York State. This space was created for people who are ready to heal intentionally, feel more grounded, and step into their next chapter with support that honors who they are and where they come from.

A practice rooted in care, culture, and clarity

At Cavier Therapy, therapy is a space to exhale. It is where you can be honest about what you are carrying, explore patterns that no longer serve you, and build tools that support real change.

This practice centers people of color, with a special focus on Caribbean and diasporic communities, while remaining open and welcoming to clients from all backgrounds. Sessions are grounded in culturally responsive care and tailored to your goals, your pace, and your life.
