Cavier Therapy is committed to protecting client privacy and maintaining professional boundaries. This policy explains how communication is handled and what to expect regarding social media.

Social Media

Cassie maintains a professional Instagram account to share general mental health education, encouragement, and practice updates:

To protect confidentiality and maintain appropriate therapeutic boundaries:

  • You are welcome to follow the account for general content and updates.

  • Please do not use comments or direct messages to share personal information or discuss therapy-related concerns. Social media is not private or secure.

  • Direct messages are not monitored for clinical communication and may not receive an immediate response.

  • Cavier Therapy does not provide therapy services through social media.

  • Cavier Therapy does not accept friend requests or follow requests from current clients on personal accounts.

  • Cavier Therapy does not request or publish client testimonials or reviews in order to protect privacy.

  • Content shared on social media is for educational purposes only and does not replace therapy.

Email, Text Messages, and Website Messages

For confidentiality reasons, therapy is not provided through:

  • Email

  • Text messages

  • Social media messaging

  • Website contact forms

These methods are not secure for clinical communication and should not be used to discuss sensitive personal matters or urgent concerns.

Website contact forms are intended for general inquiries and scheduling requests only. Please do not include private health information in any website message.

Scheduling and Secure Communication

Scheduling, intake documents, and ongoing care may be coordinated through an approved platform. If you are an active client, you will receive guidance on the appropriate way to communicate between sessions.

Cavier Therapy does not provide emergency services through email, social media, or this website.
