Services and Scope of Care
Cavier Therapy provides psychotherapy services via telehealth. Services are available only to clients who are physically located in New York State at the time of the session.
Cavier Therapy does not provide emergency services through this website, email, or contact form.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911 or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or go to your nearest emergency room.
Session Length and Frequency
Sessions are typically 45 to 60 minutes.
Session frequency depends on your assessment and goals. Many clients begin with weekly sessions. Some clients prefer bi-weekly sessions, and others shift into every-other-week maintenance sessions over time.
Scheduling and Availability
Appointments are available Monday through Friday until 8 PM ET. Limited Saturday sessions (12 PM to 4 PM ET) may be available by request only.
Insurance, Fees, and Payments
Insurance
Cavier Therapy accepts:
Blue Cross Blue Shield
Cigna
Aetna
Most Medicaid plans
Insurance billing is processed through Headway. Copays and deductibles may apply depending on your plan.
Private Pay
If you do not have insurance, private pay options are available. Sliding scale options may be available on a limited basis.
Private Pay (starting rates):
Individual therapy (45 - 60 minute session): Begins at $60 per session
Couples and family therapy (45 - 60 minute session): Begins at $100 per session
Private pay for individual therapy begins at $60, and the final rate is discussed prior to services.
Cancellation and Late Cancellations
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a non-refundable $75 fee applies.
Communication Policy
For confidentiality reasons, Cavier Therapy does not provide therapy through:

Text messages
Social media messaging
These channels are not secure for clinical communication and should not be used for urgent concerns.
If you need to reach Cassie for administrative questions, you may email. If you are an active client, secure communication and forms are handled through the approved platform(s) used for care.
Website Forms and Privacy
If you use the website contact form, please do not include sensitive personal or clinical information. Website forms are intended for scheduling and general inquiries only.
Testimonials and Reviews
To protect privacy and confidentiality, Cavier Therapy does not request or publish client testimonials.
