This website is provided for informational purposes and general inquiry only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, diagnosis, or advice.

2) No Therapist-Client Relationship

Visiting this website, reading its content, or submitting a message through the contact form does not create a therapist-client relationship. A therapeutic relationship begins only after completion of the intake process and signed consent forms.

3) Crisis and Emergencies

Cavier Therapy does not provide emergency services through this website, email, or contact form. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911 or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or go to your nearest emergency room.

4) Telehealth and Location Requirement

Cavier Therapy provides telehealth services to clients who are physically located in New York State at the time of the session. Telepractice is subject to professional licensing and jurisdiction rules. 

5) Scheduling and Third-Party Platforms

Scheduling, intake, and insurance processing may be handled through third-party platforms (including Headway). When you use a third-party platform, their terms and privacy practices also apply. 

6) Website Forms and Messages

If you submit a message through the website, you agree that:

  • The contact form is for scheduling and general inquiries only.

  • You will not include sensitive clinical details in the message.

  • Website messages may not be secure for confidential communication.

By submitting a form, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7) Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, design elements, and logos, is the property of Cavier Therapy or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
